Welcome to the official Terms and Conditions of AQ Heating and Cooling. By using our HVAC services or visiting our website, you agree to the policies, disclaimers, and practices outlined below. Before using our website or making a service request, please carefully read these terms.
Service Agreement
Scope of Work
For both residential and commercial locations, AQ Heating and Cooling offers comprehensive HVAC installation, maintenance, repair, and consulting services. A written or digital confirmation of the scope of work will be provided before the commencement of services.
Booking and Confirmation
All service bookings are confirmed via email or phone. Clients are expected to be available at the scheduled time after confirmation has been received. There could be rescheduling fees for missed appointments.
Pricing and Payments
Quotes and Estimates
All service quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Unexpected site conditions or the need for more human resources or materials could affect the price.
Payment Terms
Unless other arrangements have been made in advance, full payment is due upon completion of the job. We accept major credit cards, debit, e-transfers, and approved financing options.
Late Payments
Overdue payments may incur late fees. AQ Heating and Cooling reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
Warranty and Liability
Service Warranty
Most of our HVAC services come with a limited warranty (typically 1 year for parts and labour). Warranty details will be provided in writing upon completion of the service.
Limitations of Liability
While we aim for excellence, AQ Heating and Cooling is not liable for:
- Pre-existing system issues
- Damages caused by misuse or neglect
- Our team did not perform third-party installations.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
There is no fee for rescheduling or cancelling appointments up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
Refunds
Only services that were not rendered or for which there are invoicing issues are eligible for refunds. We work diligently to promptly and equitably address any problems.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate information regarding property access and HVAC history
- Ensure a safe working environment.
- Be present (or assign a representative) during service delivery unless otherwise arranged.
Website Use
Intellectual Property
It is prohibited to copy or redistribute any of the material, photos, logos, or other content on our website without permission, since they belong to AQ Heating and Cooling.
Website Access
We reserve the right to update, restrict, or discontinue access to parts or all of the website at any time without prior notice.
Privacy and Data
Our privacy policy governs how we handle all personal data collected via our website or service. Your information is never sold to or shared with any parties for marketing reasons.
